Greetings! I'm Olivier Engelen, a young Dutch adventurer now calling Aruba home for the past 2.5 years. Originally a Marine Corps member, duty brought me here, but Aruba's magic made me stay. The azure waters, endless beaches, and warm locals stole my heart. As an avid traveler, Aruba's cultural diversity and international appeal perfectly suit my explorative spirit. In the world of hospitality, I share the island's beauty with visitors worldwide, ensuring their experience matches the wonder I felt when I first arrived.

With over 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Alexia brings a passion for service and a strong operational mindset to the Lucha team. She began her career in traditional hospitality and transitioned into the short-term rental space five years ago, working closely with Airbnb properties.

As Operations Manager, Alexia ensures that every guest experience runs smoothly from check-in to check-out while also serving as a key point of contact for property owners, handling their calls and resolving any concerns with professionalism and care. Her deep knowledge of both hospitality and short-term rental operations helps create a seamless, high-quality experience for both guests and owners alike.
