On-site parking is free and ample, accommodating up to two vehicles. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. The villa is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout for your comfort. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available onsite. We kindly ask guests to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and observe quiet hours after 10 PM. Please note that the hot tub and the pool have the same temperature.

Always very responsive and the property was very clean. LOADS of space on the wrap around lanai. Is this our third time staying in Aruba and this is our favorite place so far. We had issues at past places with showers not getting very warm/hot but never had that issue here. Would definitely stay again!

My family enjoyed our stay it’s a very nice place I highly recommend inside the home is nice and big they have pretty much everything you need even beach supplies we loved the pool area it has a resort style feel the pool guy made sure it stayed clean there is 2 grocery stores within 3 minutes to the house which was pretty cool overall I give it a 9/10 my only issue is the instant hot water doesn’t get hot enough for me
