Lucha checks in via messages and are truly kind and helpful without overstepping.
The property is great!! And it has a lot of potential to be even better. Beautiful backyard and pool area with outdoor shower. Gardener and pool maintenance was done while we were there too. My daughter had plenty of room both in the house and outside. Love that there are steps In the pool so my child could stand/sit. Yes you can absolutely walk to the beach, small corner store and restaurants and fast food options are available by foot or even delivery options.

This was a great place for our family. The house itself was a great space for our 3 year old to run around, the Smart TV with Netflix/YouTube connection was great for times of day when the heat outside made it smarter to be inside and all bedrooms were great. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we could need. The big standout for this house is the patio area - the pool was phenomenal (with a great shallow step area for our 3 year old), the shaded area where we could sit with Hammocks was life changing and the greenery was picturesque.

We had amazing week in the villa. It was a 10min walk to the beach. The nearest supermarket was a 5 min walk away. The pool and outdoor area was really spacious. Beach towels, cooler, beach chairs and an umbrella were all provided. The villa was really clean and the air conditioning was well needed. Lucha was friendly, responsive and very helpful. I'd definitely recommend this villa, especially for the location and the big pool.
